Using Flick

Flick is a personal photo cleanup app for iPhone. By installing and using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, simply delete the app from your device.

You may use Flick on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID. Don't try to reverse engineer, repackage, or redistribute the app.

Purchases and refunds

Flick Pro is a one-time purchase ($9.99 in the US storefront, equivalent locally). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

Refund requests must go through Apple, not us. Use the reportaproblem.apple.com page within Apple's refund window. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

Free trial

Flick offers 7 days of full functionality with no card required. After the trial expires, you can keep browsing and organizing — only the final delete confirmation requires Flick Pro. The trial does not auto-renew because there is no subscription.

Your photos and data loss

Flick moves deleted photos to your iPhone's Recently Deleted album (the system trash). They stay recoverable there for 30 days before iOS permanently removes them.

We strongly recommend keeping iCloud Photos backup or another backup on before using Flick. We are not liable for any loss of photos. You retain full control via the system trash for 30 days.

No warranty

Flick is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The on-device grouping (bursts, similar shots, blur detection) is heuristic — it will sometimes group photos you wouldn't have grouped, or miss groups you'd expect. You're always the final decision-maker for each photo.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Flick is limited to the amount you paid for the app. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll bump the "Last updated" date above and mention the change in the app's What's New notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
